Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the services provided by Corevice Inc. (the "Company").

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms set out the conditions for using the services provided by the Company, between the user (the "Customer") and the Company. The Customer shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration by the method prescribed by the Company, and the Company approves the application.

Article 3 (Account Management)

The Customer shall, at their own responsibility, properly manage the user ID and password for the Service.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

  • Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
  • Conduct related to criminal activity
  • Conduct that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights of the Company or third parties
  • Conduct that may interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  • Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of the Service)

The Company may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice to the Customer in the event of maintenance, system failure, natural disaster, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

Except where attributable to the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer in connection with the Service.

Article 7 (Changes to the Service)

The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision without prior notice to the Customer, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer as a result.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms)

The Company may change these Terms without prior notice to the Customer when it deems it necessary.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute relating to the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
